(Delivery is typically instant or within a reasonable timeframe, depending on system verification and payment clearance.) No physical product will be shipped.

Some keys are region-locked due to publisher restrictions. Always check the region compatibility listed on the product page before purchasing. Using a key outside its allowed region may prevent activation.

If a key fails to activate, contact our support team immediately. We will verify the issue and provide a working replacement key once confirmed. We do not provide refunds for redeemed, activated, or exposed keys.

Due to the irreversible nature of digital codes, once a key has been delivered or revealed, it cannot be refunded. Refunds are only possible if the product has not been accessed and meets our refund policy conditions.
